Licen.io - Terms of Service

Licen.io (“Licen”) is a platform owned and operated by ArchCloud Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13342138).

By creating an account or using Licen, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Purpose of the Platform

Licen is an independent estimation and planning tool designed to help users:

• Understand Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) consumption patterns

• Estimate credit usage and running costs

• Plan Data 360 configurations and scenarios

• Simulate data volumes across multiple environments

• Improve decision making with guidance, assumptions, and expert insights

Licen does not connect to any Salesforce environment and does not access customer production data.
All calculations are based solely on inputs provided by the user.

No Warranty on Estimates

All results, calculations, simulations, and outputs generated by Licen are estimates only.

Licen does not guarantee:

• Accuracy or completeness of any estimate

• Future credit consumption.

• Future costs charged by Salesforce

• That Salesforce pricing, multipliers, or credit policies remain unchanged

• That your configuration assumptions are correct or suitable

Actual Salesforce billing, pricing, or usage may differ significantly.

You must validate all estimates with a certified Salesforce professional or a Licen expert before making commercial decisions.

Use of the Platform

You agree to use Licen only for lawful, legitimate business purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, duplicate, or reproduce the platform

• Access or use Licen for competitive analysis or benchmarking

• Share or resell access to Licen

• Use the application in a way that disrupts, damages, or degrades service performance

• Enter data that violates GDPR or infringes on the rights of others

• Attempt unauthorised access to any systems or accounts
  
  

ArchCloud Digital may suspend or terminate access if any misuse is detected.

User Input & Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of all data, assumptions, inputs, and configurations you enter

• Ensuring that all your estimates are validated before acting on them

• Reviewing Salesforce documentation to confirm that multipliers and credit rules are up to date

• Using the tool in compliance with Salesforce licence terms

  
  

Licen provides estimation support, not definitive cost or consumption guarantees.

Expert Support & Advisory Disclaimer

You may choose to work with a Licen expert to improve the accuracy of your estimates.

Advisory provided through Licen or its team is:

• Independent

• Non-binding

• Based solely on the information you provide

• Intended to help you form a clearer understanding of potential outcomes

Licen experts do not act as procurement agents or financial advisors.



Changes to the Platform

ArchCloud Digital may
ArchCloud Digital may:

• Modify or update features

• Update credit multipliers and logic

• Add or remove functionality

• Suspend sections of the platform for maintenance

• Improve performance or run tests

• Update data models and assumptions

We will aim to communicate major changes clearly, but service availability is not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

Licen, including all estimators, logic, models, data structures, UI, branding, and content, is the sole property of ArchCloud Digital Ltd.

You may not copy, modify, republish, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of Licen.

Accounts & Security

You agree to:

• Keep your authentication credentials confidential

• Use only your own account for access

• Contact us immediately if you suspect account misuse

We may disable accounts that are inactive for extended periods or that breach these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArchCloud Digital Ltd is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from reliance on Licen estimates

• Errors in user-provided data or assumptions

• Business decisions, project costs, or financial outcomes

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

• Loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunity

• Third-party pricing or policy changes (including Salesforce)

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Licen is to discontinue use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.

Third-Party Relationships

Licen is an independent product and is not affiliated with Salesforce, owned by Salesforce, endorsed by Salesforce, or connected to any official Salesforce APIs or systems.

Licen may, with user consent:

• Provide introductions to Salesforce

• Provide introductions to implementation partners

• Share user details where it is genuinely believed value will be added

This is strictly opt-in, transparent, and done in a way that respects privacy laws (see privacy updates below).

Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your account:

• For breach of these Terms

• Due to misuse or security concerns

• If required by law

• If the service is discontinued

You may delete your account at any time by contacting licen@archcloud.digital or from within the app user settings.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect platform changes, legal requirements, or security improvements.

When changes are material:

• We will notify users through the platform or by email

• Continued use of Licen indicates acceptance of the updated Terms
